Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.
If you are not happy with your products or if they are faulty you may return them within 10 days of receiving your goods. To do this, simply log into your account and click on the “Returns” section.

After completing the form you will receive an email confirmation which includes an RAN number (Return-Authorisation-Number). Please ensure to write this number on the front of your package, enclosed with your original receipt and post it back to us in its original packaging. Packages without a RAN number cannot be accepted.

You will be given a full refund for the items returned via the method of payment you used when ordering the goods. Credit and Debit card refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed by your bank. It is your responsibility to pay for postage of returning the goods to us. We will require a receipt copy as proof of the postage cost. By email will be suffice.

When posting the goods back to Dreamtime we require you to use a reliable and insured delivery service with tracking. This ensures that the delivery will be received by Dreamtime as we will not be able to refund any returns should they be lost in transit.

Returned good must be un-used, un-washed and in re-saleable condition.

Alternatively you may return the product to our store. Our address is given at the bottom of the Dreamtime website. You must have present all original proof of purchase and receipts given or a refund will not be given.
